The school gates open at 8.35am each morning and close at 8.45am. We have a members of staff on duty to greet the children and take messages from parents and carers.
After 8.45am children will need to go to the main office and be signed in by their adult. If your child arrives after 8.45am they are deemed late.
If your child arrives after 9am, they will be marked absence for the morning session despite being in school. This will impact their attendance rate.
In the afternoon, the school gates will be open at 3.10pm and closed by 3.25pm. The children are dismissed at the end of the day onto the playground. Children are released when the teacher sees the parent/carer. If you are delayed in collecting your child, please telephone the school. Please always tell your child’s class teacher or inform the school office if someone other than you is meeting your child from school.
Children have a 15 minute break between 10.30am and 11am in two sittings (KS1 and KS2) EYFS have their own breaktimes on the EYFS playground.
Lunch break is at 12pm and is 1 hour.
At Stone Church of England combined school, we expect children to be in school on time everyday.
